Starting at 8 Weeks Old - 12 Weeks Old

Our 4-week training program is designed to give your puppy the best start in life by focusing on foundational skills, socialization, and positive behavior reinforcement. This program builds confidence, promotes healthy habits, and ensures your puppy is well-adjusted by the time they go home with you. They will receive their second round of shots with the purchase of this program.

Week 1: Continuation of Crate Training & Potty Training

• Crate Training: We continue with crate training your puppy, helping them see the crate as a safe and comfortable space. Short periods in the crate help build their confidence and teach them to settle quietly. By the end of 4 weeks puppies should be able to sleep soundly through the night.

• Potty Training: We establish a consistent potty routine, encouraging the puppy to go outside and utilize a doggy door. Positive reinforcement is used to build a reliable potty habit.

Week 2: Basic Commands & Name Recognition

• Name Recognition: Puppies are taught to respond to their name with positive reinforcement techniques, helping to build their recall.

• Basic Commands: We introduce simple commands like “sit” and “come.” These commands are practiced daily using treats and praise, helping the puppy learn to focus and follow directions.

Week 3: Leash Introduction & Socialization

• Leash Introduction: Your puppy will be gently introduced to wearing a collar and leash. We work on loose-leash walking in a safe environment, helping them get comfortable with the sensation of being on a leash.

• Socialization: Exposure to different sights, sounds, and people is a key focus. Your puppy will be introduced to new environments, other dogs, and humans to build confidence and reduce fearfulness.

Week 4: Continued Socialization & Playtime with Structure

• Structured Play: Puppies are taught boundaries during play, including bite inhibition and appropriate play behavior. We encourage positive interaction with toys and humans.

• Continued Socialization: We continue to expose your puppy to new experiences, ensuring they remain well-adjusted and confident in various situations.

Program Benefits:

By the end of this program, your puppy will have a solid foundation in crate and potty training, basic commands, and socialization skills. This early training helps ensure a smoother transition to their new home and sets them up for success as they grow. Your puppy will also receive their second round of vaccines.

Payment Schedule:
